Vote For Austin's Best Pizza: Round Two

Austin boasts a wealth of great pizza options that are getting better every day, but what's a food theme week without some arbitrary competition? Eater will be running polls every day this week in order to determine who has the best pizza in Austin, period.

Competitors in the first round will be paired together based on at least a passing similarity; the semi finals and finals will run on Friday to determine the city's best. Today's two of the city's top Neapolitan pizzerias go head to head in Bufalina vs. The Backspace, and the way out west showdown kicks off between Stanley's Farmhouse and Pieous. Polls will be open for 24 hours.
Update! Bufalina has narrowly edged out The Backspace, and Stanley's Farmhouse Pizza has triumphed over Pieous with an unusually high number of votes in both cases.
