eaterlogo-thumb031314.gifEater has just hired three full-time restaurant critics as a part of the company's hiring spree. Bill Addison, most recently of Atlanta Magazine who was also a critic for Dallas Morning News, will dine his way across the country in order to create the first-ever National Eater 38. Seasoned critics Robert Sietsema, formerly of the Village Voice, and Ryan Sutton, previously at Bloomberg, will review restaurants in New York. Head over to Eater National for more details. [-E-]
