BACONBEERLAND — Edible Austin and Eat Boston have teamed up to host the first ever Austin Bacon and Beer Festival on Saturday, February 22. The event will take place from 2:30-5:00 p.m. at the Marchesa, and will feature lots of bacon-centric offerings from local restaurants as well as local breweries and a butchering demonstration from Salt & Time.
