Banger's Sausage House and Beer Garden will be hosting Dickies and Amazon.com's SXSW event, and Amazon kicks it off with unusually high-quality promo video. Banger's owner Ben Siegel acts as the guide, but the real star sexy chef Ted Prater, who hauls whole pigs on his shoulder and then lovingly bastes them in Lone Star.
