Man Awarded $589K Due to Stuffed Longhorn Bar Injury

A jury awarded an anonymous patron of West Sixth bar The Ranch $589,000 in damages after a stuffed longhorn head fell off the wall and onto him, KXAN reports. The Ranch, which inexplicably calls itself "the best bar in Austin" will not be forced to pay until the judge rules. Eater located the photo above on The Ranch's website, but it is impossible to know if this specific stuffed longhorn head is, in fact, the culprit.
