Flipnotics Not Renewing Their Lease, Shuttering March 24

Longtime Barton Springs coffee shop/crunchy haven Flipnotics will shutter March 24, The Chronicle reports. Flipnotics manager Drew Jardin claims that the landlord and owner cannot come to an agreement, but the landlord tells The Chronicle she hasn't spoken to the owner "since right after Christmas." Flipnotics just announced on January 3 via Facebook that they were under "new management" and had been making improvements to the interior space.
