Hotly anticipated new restaurant laV has set an opening date: March 6. Executive chef Allison Jenkins and partner/sommelier Vilma Mazaite have created a Provencal-inspired menu and a truly epic wine list featuring over 1,200 labels. Lauded pastry chef Janina O'Leary is also on board, and in addition to Mazaite, sommeliers Darren M. Scott and Rania Zayyat round out the "wine team."
The newly constructed building designed by Bobby McAlpine will feature a wine bar and lounge for more casual dining in addition to their main dining room. More info on laV's official website, which is now live.
