New East 7th restaurant LaV is getting very, very close to opening. Their sign went up today, and their Facebook account also features photos of hanging giant pictures and cheese classes. The Provencal-inspired restaurant from chef Allison Jenkins and managing partner Vilma Mazaite will also feature over 7,000 bottles of wine. The restaurant is slated to open sometime this month.
