Menage: Cow, goat, and sheep milks. Semi soft
Fourme d'ambert: Cows milk bleu.
Trugole: Firm cows milk. Named after a small pasture in the asiago region of Italy. The milk used to make Trugole comes from only the cows grazing this pasture's rich and varied grasses.
Wine:
Vinadrian Rioja 2012 tempernillon & granache blend.
