The Austin Business Journal interviews Roppolo's Pizza owner Mark Roppolo, who says the key to restaurant survival on Dirty Sixth is a corner lot. He says, "I'd love to have a corner like Parkside or Iron Cactus because rents are going up tremendously downtown and so as a (new) restaurant you would need that kind of space to survive." [ABJ]
