SOUTH LAMAR — The Statesman reports that Maria's Taco XPress is hosting a benefit for an employee struggling with advanced leukemia in hopes of finding a donor match. The event will be held from Saturday, February 15 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will both raise money for Vicente Predroza and offer cheek swabs in hopes of finding a match. [Statesman]
