Stinson's Bistro Now Open on Burnet Road, Headed into Former Pizza Bistro Space Next

Stinson's Bistro, which started out as a coffee trailer at 45th and Burnet Road, has opened their brick and mortar outpost in that location. They are serving up individual pizzas, coffee, beer, wine, and cocktails.

The Statesman reported earlier today that the restaurant is also taking over the old Pizza Bistro space on Lake Austin Boulevard. A rep for the restaurant says they will be serving coffee from their trailer in the new location, and hope to be up and running in the second brick and mortar space within a month.
