The everything-made-from-scratch barbecue trailer Micklethwait Craft Meats celebrated their second birthday yesterday in style with a brisket cake, as seen on their Instagram. Baked by the trailer’s genius pastry chef, William Ankeney, the giant dessert, which appeared to be red velvet, was made with lean and moist brisket ends, according to their Facebook page. The video features the ceremoniously cutting and distributing of the cake to guests.

The brilliant barbecue masters teamed up with Austin Eastciders this past October to create a brisket cider, their Halloween mash-up. The trailer is set to expand into a sandwich-friendly deli trailer sometime next year.

Brisket cake! Thanks William
