Nadia Chaudhury is the editor of Eater Austin covering food and pop culture, as well as a photographer, writer, and frequent panel moderator and podcast guest.

Austin Monthly announced a new addition to their masthead today: food critic Jolène M. Bouchon, a previous freelancer for the magazine. Her past experience includes working for Martha Stewart's Everyday Food, Delish.com, Epicurious.com, and more. Her responsibilities as the publication newest food critic will consist of reviewing a restaurant per issue, as well as writing four food-focused cover stories per year and blogging for the website. While the magazine had staff writers and contributors covering food, this will be the first position dedicated to the subject. Last month, Austin Monthly released their list of the 11 best new restaurants of the year in the city.
