RedFin Seafood Kitchen is gearing to open up in far west Four Points. The new seafood restaurant will be located in The Trails, a project development along Highway 620. The team includes general manager Cameron Kalka, who worked at Shady Grove and Guero’s, and chef Mario Rodriguez, previously of the W Hotel, along with owners Michael McCollum and Bill Rasch, both of whom are nearby residents of Steiner Ranch.

The website tells diners to prepare for "mouth-watering medleys." Expect fresh seafood, steaks, and local produce, along with the area’s first raw oyster bar. They recently filed permits with TABC to serve local craft beers and cocktails with handmade mixers. The space will include an outdoor patio and whatever a playscape entails. RedFin is expected to open in February 2015.
