FESTIVAL WIRE — Bacon is the word at the second annual Bacon and Beer Festival, announced for Sunday, January 25. Participating restaurants, including Odd Duck/Barley Swine, Noble Sandwich Co., and Frank, will create bacon-inspired bites, served alongside craft beer. The only tickets currently available include entry to a limited-seating of porchetta butchering demo and cooking class taught by Andrew Curren on January 21. [EaterWire]
