Noble Sandwich Co. Makes Dreams Come True With New Dinner Hours

Cultishly loved sandwich shop Noble Sandwich Co. has teased carb and charcuterie-loving Austinites with dinner service for a long time. Now, they're finally ready to make it official. Both locations of the shop will open for dinner service starting Monday, January 12, just in time to destroy New Year's resolutions.

According to a press release, the dinner menu will feature sandwiches as well as "casual dinner options" like a seared catfish with cornbread and a venison burger. In addition to dinner, the shops will also offer a happy hour with rotating specials from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m., and they will scale back breakfast to weekends only. Don't think that dinner hours mean night owls can finally get a duck pastrami fix, however: new hours will be Monday - Thursday 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Friday - Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
