Mobile Kitchen Turned Restaurant The Peached Tortilla to Open on Thursday, December 4

Chef Eric Silverstein and his team at The Peached Tortilla will soon open the doors at 5520 Burnet Rd. to welcome fans of their in-demand Asian/Southern comfort food trucks. This Thursday, December 4, at 5:00 p.m., patrons can finally order rice bowls, noodle dishes, and cocktails from the comfort of an indoor setting.

Eater got a tour of The Peached Tortilla space last week. The restaurant group says the interior "reflects the overall vibe of the menu, complete with photos of Japanese street food in a nod to Silverstein’s childhood, an intricately stained plywood tile wall, custom milled benches for booth seating and a variety of mix-matched light fixtures in the bar area."

Only a few more days till patrons can see it for themselves.
