Tour Cool and Earthy Gardner, Contigo's New Vegetable-Focused Restaurant

The new project by the Contigo team opens officially today in what was once a post office at East 6th and Chicon. Baldridge Architects, CC Designs, Michael Yates Design, and Ann Lowe Design worked a radical transformation on the space, incorporating natural elements and a palate of grays and whites to create the 75-seat dining room and 15 seat lounge. Gardner is named after chef Andrew Wiseheart's father, and focuses on vegetables "prepared simply and beautifully." Peruse the unique menu, and take a look around.
