Go Inside The Peached Tortilla's Colorful And Stylish New Restaurant

The exact opening date hasn't been officially set for the restaurant.

The highly anticipated opening of The Peached Tortilla’s brick and mortar will happen very soon at 5520 Burnet Road. It’s an Austin tale as old as time: The popularity of Eric Silverstein’s truck, which he started in 2010, exploded so much that he opened a second truck a year later. That one did so well that the physical restaurant followed. As a lead-up to the impending opening, the truck tested out dishes during a series of pop-up dinners.

The Burnet Road restaurant will expand the current Asian and Southern menu, including their hit go-to items, as well as include a full bar. Eater photographer Robert J. Lerma takes you inside the new space designed by Austin architect Kevin Stewart and Joshua Henderson of the Seattle-based restaurant group Huxley Wallace Collective.
