Austin-Based Delivery Startup Favor Launches Merchant Partnership

The company wants to replace in-house delivery with their service.

Austin-based delivery app Favor is now partnering directly with restaurants. The new Favor for Merchants program allows restaurants to use the company's app and drivers, as well as Favor's customer feedback and analytics. Businesses who partner with Favor can add menus and photos to the app and receive featured placement in the home screen.

According marketing materials proved to Eater by Favor founder Zac Maurais, this merchant partnership is designed to replace in-house delivery services, though many of Favor's clients had not previously offered delivery. According to Maurais, over fifty Austin business have signed up, including Juiceland, Kerbey Lane, Clay Pit and more.
