HILL COUNTRY — Get ready to dine on booze, pig, and other foods and drinks at the Austin Wine and Food Alliance’s fourth annual Wine and Swine on Sunday, November 23. Participating chefs and dishes include John Bates and Brandon Martinez of Noble Sandwich Co.'s smoked pork taco with lard tortilla and fermented jalapeno salsa; Ben Runkle and Bryan Butler of Salt and Time's Pork, Many Ways; and Mat Clouser of Swift's Attic and Wu Chow's Three Little Piggies.
