Texas Monthly made waves when they hired Daniel Vaughn as their barbecue editor, and now Southern Living joining in on the trend. They've hired Robert Moss as their new contributing barbecue editor. Moss wrote two books, Barbecue: The History of an American Institution and soon-to-be-published The Barbecue Lover’s Carolinas.
