Last Saturday night, Eater, Capital One Bank® and a few lucky readers took over local gem, Odd Duck, for an exclusive Taste Better event.
Guests snacked on fresh, local bites hand-crafted by Chef Bryce Gilmore and the Odd Duck team. Menu highlights included foie gras mousse with cured duck breast, fig, mushroom and pumpkin seeds, and goat confit with red chile, gordita, goat cheese and popcorn. To top it all off? Mesquite, butter pecan mochi and a selection of inventive cocktails, including a nitrogen-infused Cuba Libre.
