WEST 6TH — Arro will celebrate Beaujolais Noveau Day next Wednesday, November 19. Following French tradition, they will celebrate the first wine of the season at 12:01 a.m. Diners who arrive before midnight get a $20 drink ticket for all-you-can-drink wine, and the restaurant will remain open until 2 a.m.
