Beloved local chain Torchy's Tacos will make a seriously dramatic entrance into the Mueller development later this month. Their hotly anticipated new location next to the new HEB will finally open on November 20, and they're celebrating with two days of blowout giveaways.
According to a press release, on November 19 from 6 - 9 p.m. Torchy's will give away two free tacos and two free drinks, which seems to include booze. Then on opening day, Torchy's will give away one free breakfast taco from 7 a.m. - 10 a.m.
The restaurant will feature over 3,000 feet of covered outdoor seating in addition to a massive indoor area, and was built with green-certified construction. The Mueller store will be Torchy's 27th (!) location in Texas, after starting as a humble trailer on South 1st.
