Longtime 2nd Street resident Malaga Tapas Bar is shaking up their kitchen and menu. The restaurant recently hired new executive chef Mario Medina, previously of Chavez, and now they've released their first major menu overhaul since opening in 1999. Medina incorporated local ingredients from purveyors like Johnson's Backyard Garden, and added a number of new dishes. Take a look at the full menu below.
