Food & Wine Best New Chef, James Beard Award Finalist, and all-around local food hero Bryce Gilmore has a new restaurant in the works. According to Matthew Odam at The Statesman, Gilmore signed a lease for a restaurant on booming Burnet Road, which is set to open "this summer." Eater has reached out for more details; watch this space for updates.

Gilmore launched his restaurant mini-empire with food trailer Odd Duck before opening fine dining restaurant Barley Swine on South Lamar in 2010. New more casual restaurant Odd Duck (named after the trailer) followed in late 2013, also on South Lamar.
