A health food restaurant but with pizza is headed to the new Seaholm complex. The Austin Business Journal reports True Food Kitchen, a concept from Arizona mega-restauranteur Sam Fox and celebrity doctor Andrew Weil, will open in mid-2015. The restaurant already has locations in Dallas and Houston, as well as Arizona, California, George, and Virginia. Their website suggests eating their kale salads will help you "live longer," which makes one long for the simpler days of chains bragging about dousing everything in cheese.
