Janelle Reynolds has taken over as chef de cuisine at Dinner Lab, Austin's branch of the New Orleans-based supper club. Dinner Lab features guest chefs, but each branch also has a chef de cuisine who manages the events. Memberships to Austin's dinner lab are sold out at the moment, but those interested can join the waitlist. Reynolds was previously the executive chef at Bess Bistro, and recently emerged victorious on an episode of Chopped.
