Fancy New Trailer Park Coming to Fancy New Apartments

The Statesman reports that the luxury apartment complex Coldwater will feature a trailer park called Picnic. The new apartment complex is adjacent to Zilker Park and boasts "rich amenities" for an "active lifestyle." Those amenities will now include popular Austin food trailers like The Mighty Cone, Hey! You Gonna Eat or What?, and The Seedling Truck.

Coldwater partner Christian Brooks says, "We expect The Picnic to become a cool Austin meetup and a fun place for families." Picnic is expected to open in March.
