Over at the Eater National mothership, photographer Daniel Kreiger visits another historic Texas barbecue establishment. This time up is Black's Barbecue in Lockhart, which has been owned and operated by the Black family since 1932. Eater Scenes is designed to portray a restaurant at a certain, and very specific, point in their day. Kreiger takes you inside Black's at 2 p.m. on a Tuesday.
