East Side King in the form of Paul Qui, Moto Utsunomiya, and Jorge Luis Hernandez is headed to D.C. to pop-up at Toki Underground. On January 24, the three chefs will be serving up a menu of ESK classics for lunch and dinner. Toki normally specializes in Taiwanese ramen and dumplings. [-EDC-]
