The Austin Business Journal reports that Atlanta-based pizza chain Uncle Maddio's Pizza Joint is coming to Austin this spring. The "first of several" Maddio's will open at 5601 Brodie Lane in Sunset Valley, and further Austin expansion is planned. The franchise company is also developing locations in Waco and Dallas. The chain specializes in "design-your-own" pizza. [ABJ]
