Pleasant Storage Room Now Looking to Open by March

Pleasant Storage Room's operating partner Paul Hargrove tells Eater that rum punch bar's opening date has been pushed back to March. Renovations have taken longer than expected in the former Stack Burger Bar space. Pleasant has been steadily updating Facebook with various elements of their forthcoming interior, from sea-green sinks to vintage tiki glasses. The rum-punch-focused bar will serve up Caribbean cuisine, including a full ceviche bar. Eater spoke with Hargrove and bar manager Alfonso Hernandez about the concept last fall, which they had originally hoped to have open by December.
