Torchy's Tacos on the drag will re-open on September 19, according to the Statesman. The location at 2810 S. Guadalupe has been closed for rennovations. As part of the re-opening celebrations, there will free breakfast tacos (one per person) from 7-10am and giveaways from local vendors. [Statesman]
