CHARITYWIREEdible Austin just announced the participating chefs for its 2013 Chef Auction with proceeds going to the Sustainable Food Center and Urban Roots. Not too many details yet other than that bidding starts in November, but get excited about the line up, which includes Mat Clouser and Callie Speer of Swift's Attic, Bryce Gilmore of Barley Swine, and Josh Watkins of The Carillon Restaurant.
