Eight-year veteran Scott Higby will take the reins as chef de cuisine, while departing Grant MacDonald is moving on to the Four Seasons Santa Barbara. Higby, a local food enthusiast, is discussing a rooftop garden for the Four Seasons, continuing Austin's transition into the localest fancy hotel destination in the land. [Statesman]
