Community Impact reports that Amy's Ice Creams is getting into the bakery business. Their newest ice cream location is opening in the Austinville shopping center "Tuesday or Wednesday," and a bakery is in the works next door. The interior will look like "an Italian kitchen" and will produce "custom cakes, cupcakes, cake balls and other baked goods." [CI]
