Greenhouse Craft Food is Opening Soon in Round Rock

Greenhouse Craft Food, a "casual farm to table" restaurant, is coming to Round Rock at the end of this month. They will be working with "local farms and other food artisans" to bring local food to the "chain-restaurant-saturated" suburb. The short menu is focused on sandwiches and family-friendly fare with daily lunch and dinner specials planned, and they will also serve breakfast Friday-Sunday. Chef/owner Robert Snow was previously Executive Chef at The Mansion at Judges' Hill and Fore Lakeway; this is his first plunge into having a place of his own. The projected opening date is September 30.
