Zagat has posted another "day in the life," this one following the Alamo Drafthouse's Slaughter Lane bar manager, Ian McKenzie. It's a doozy of a day, too, kicking off with an inventory of their over 250 liquors and 40 kegs, the latter of which are checked by a "lift, shake, knock, listen" method. McKenzie also oversees a beer dinner, during which GM Helen Nguyen sings to keep morale up during the busy service. Awww. [Zagat]
