Forks Up visited newly opened NO VA on Rainey Street, and so far blogger Cathy likes what she sees. The standout cocktail is the "Aqua Dementia," and the "Cheeseburger Tartare" with raw sirloin and Parmesan is "subtle." Entrees such as the corn gnocchi are "satisfying" and "well-executed" as well.
