Jeffrey's and Josephine House, Ramen Tatsu-Ya, and Sway are amongst Bon Appetit's 50 Best New Restaurants in America. BA's Andrew Knowlton highlights Jeffrey's attention to detail, from "brass valet keys to a roving Martini cart." On the other end of the fanciness spectrum, Ramen Tatsu-Ya is praised for its "fun, energetic vibe" and "steaming bowls of ramen with hunks of pork belly." Sway makes the list for its patio "straight out of Dwell" and their "sophisticated, Thai-inspired" cuisine.
Texas netted a respectable six nominations overall, with Houston's The Pass & Provisions and Dallas's FT33 and Spoon Bar & Kitchen also making the cut. The "Hot 10" will be revealed August 14, along with the winner of Best New Restaurant in America. [Bon Appetit]
