Long-anticipated School House Pub opened on Friday, and photographer Patrick Michels stopped by to shoot their innagural evening. The entirely rebuilt space on Manor Rd. features a number of playful "school house" touches, including a bell tower built into the roof, complete with a bell that will be rung for last call and closing. School House Pub shared their menu with Eater last week. The food side features local produce and in-house sausages and pickles, while the drinks offerings focus on local beers and signature cocktails. Between School House and the forthcoming Haymaker, Manor Road will now be able to serve all your poutine needs.

The team behind Mi Madre's and Zanduga, Edgar and Christina Torres, opened School House Pub. The space endured a number of opening setbacks, and the owners say they are now thrilled to finally be up and running.
