The Gatsby, a new cocktail bar across from Easy Tiger, is currently "soft open." The Statesman sampled their inaugural cocktail menu, reserving especial praise for the "Drop O' Daisy" featuring Buffalo Trace bourbon. As for the recent movie, the owners state that opening at the same time is "pure coincidence." [Statesman]
