Austin fishmonger Roberto San Miguel tells Texas Monthly that he and Kenichi executive chef Shane Stark plan to open a fish market and seafood restaurant in East Austin called Pelagic Fish Market in February. They're planning around 70 seats for the 1,200 square foot space, with a 9-seat bar, two outdoor seating areas, and a space for weekly shrimp or crab or crawfish boils. Seafood will mostly come from the Gulf. [TM]
