New, 4 comments

EAST SIDE — Hooray! The Pachamama's Peruvian Creole truck has reopened on East Cesar Chavez after transitioning to catering work in July 2012. Their current hours: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. [Eaterwire]

THE TITS — Doug Guller, Bikinis breastaurant founder and mayor of the Bikinis, Texas literal party city that opens its gates this weekend, talks to Culture Map about the big opening: "So what we're envisioning is a place where, starting in 2014, people will come any day — it's open every day — and listen to music on the outdoor stage, grab a cold one, maybe buy some merchandise and just relax out there in the Hill Country." EAST SIDE — Thrillist has a look inside Mijo's, "an enchilada-slinging operation from the family behind San Antonio's Panchito's and Pericos restaurants that's just opened off of 11th St in the former Zandunga spot." [Thrillist]
