This weekend, Jester King celebrated their first-ever beer sold on-site, thanks to newly relaxed craft beer regulations in Texas that actually allow brewers to sell the beer they brew at the brewery to people who want to buy the beer they brew at the brewery .... at the brewery. From the Jester King blog:

We had a few hiccups serving beer for the first time. Our point of sale system was a little glitchy. The dishwasher shorted out at one point. The lines got longer than we like for them to be. But we hope you enjoyed the menu of beer we were able to offer, which we're very proud of and is a product of years of experimentation, patience and fine tuning.
But hiccups are to be expected when copious amounts of beer is involved, are they not? Nevertheless, the Jester King folks are "extremely appreciative, flattered and humbled."
