Local ice cream outfit Amy's Ice Creams has sued the other Amy's, as in that brand of hippie-parent-approved organic frozen meals and box macaroni 'n cheese and such sold at hippie-parent-approved grocers. The Statesman calls it a "cold war" (get it?) over the fact that hippie-parent Amy's wants to sell frozen dessert treats, and Austin Amy's thinks that's too confusing for customers.
