Austin's getting an outpost of legendary Tennessee fried chicken establishment Gus's Fried Chicken, so it's only right that another out-of-state chain import serve something on the lighter side. Eater Los Angeles reports that Locali, the SoCal-based "conscious convenience" chain, is looking to open locations nationwide, including Austin. According to their mission statement, Locali's all about serving "soul-satisfying cuisine to health conscious communities." [-ELA-]
